Default Sweating Toilet

Is their any product out that will keep a toilet from sweating?

Normally if a toilet is sweating it is being used commercially a BUNCH getting a lot of cold water runnning through it or it has a leak in the ball **** valve or in the inlet valve allowing water to flow through the ball **** constantly into the toilet or through the inlet valve then down the overflow into the toilet keeping cold water that can not reach room temperature.

I suspect if you check close one of the above will be the cause of your sweating toilet.
