Started right away after the board replacement?...after a while?
If started immediately after the repair, I 'd be rechecking the install incase something was loose like a wire connection.

Why? Did it test bad?
Evaporator fan motor working? Air damper working? Light(s) go off when the door is closed? Any frost on the freezer back wall?

Any air coming out of the damper assembly?

Air damper assembly, refrigerator Manufacturer Number WR09X10114

Temp sensor is on the side behind a grill. Power off, just cut and split the 2 wires to replace.

Temperature sensor (thermistor) Manufacturer Number WR55X10025

yes it started right away after i fixed the mother board. the ware house sent me out again a different one in case the first one was bad. then i again installed the 2nd new one and that also started right away but again the fridge dint work. With both the motherboards freezer was working and fridge was not.
i changed motherboard in the first place because my fridge was no longer cooling nor freezing and the temperature displays nothing. When i do press any adjust temperature button it beeps several times and display "000" on both display (Fridge & Freezer) and then go blank again

no i dint test it. I read on some of the webpages and thought that might be the problem.
i don't know what is Evaporator fan motor, after opening back compartment of my freezer i see one fan which runs for sometime then stops and start working again.
Yes lights go off when door is closed and there is no frost on the freezer back wall.

When ever the compressor is running the evaporator fan motor ( in the freezer ) should also be running.
Both fans ( condensor and evaporator ) and compressor should go on and off together.

The meter is a basic tool used to test and diagnose.
Other than visual observation or by touching....not much else you can do.
