Paslode Angled Trim Gun
I've been using my Paslode angled trim gun for about a year. Recently the driver blade keeps getting stuck in the down position and doesn’t return until I open it up and push the blade back up. It happens every 2 or 3 nails. I’m using Paslode 1 ½” finish nails. I just had to replace the fan motor but this didn’t solve the jamming problem. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
jmkjmk

I have a Paslode that did a similar thing, I found that mine had a bur on the blade that was causing the jam, I removed the bur and added a little wax (surfboard) to the guide, all has worked well since.

Thanks Pushkins. I did a super cleaning job and hit the blade with a fine emory cloth. Didn't wax it but I just drove a dozen 2" nails.
