Someone trying to hack my account and this site won't let me log in - so frustrating!

I created this duplicate account solely because I'm unable to log into my original account created years ago.

Over the weekend I received dozens of emails saying someone is trying to log into my account (from IP 10.200.96.9) and it has been disabled for 15 minutes.

I tried logging in and after the first time, it prevented me for 15 minutes. I changed my password (yes my account is still linked to my original email address) and even after waiting over 15 minutes it's still preventing me from logging in.


How can I gain access to my original account? Or even delete it?


It appears someone is trying to hack it and I can't do anything to protect myself.

No ones accounts are working right and we can't change our passwords. This site is messed up, possibly being hacked, and has no admin support
