can you put blowen in ins. in a house with knob and tube wireing in the state of oh. and is it a fire hazard. the house is brick and i know i would have to thrugh the inside to do the job.

Knob and tube wiring must remain in free air. You may not insulate knob and tube wiring under any circumstance, for it does create a potential fire hazard. The wiring doesn't know what state you live in, so it is a hazard no matter where.
