1st. Flash Chat is back and fully intergrated into vbulletin, you must be a registered user and loged in to use. At the bottom in the stats area, it will indicate who is currently loged into chat. The link to chat is in the menu navbar at top of forum / must be loged in to see. You also must have flash installed on your computer to use.
2nd as mentioned in a separate thread, new user titles based on post count is implemented.
