Tecumseh Governor Spring

I have a Tecumseh OHH60 (aka OH195EA) engine mounted on a Murray GoCart model GT60101X92D. I have been to 3 different part stores in 2 differnt states and the all show the same spring and link (this is show in the photo I found at http://www.small-engines.com/tecgovpics.html). However, on the GoCart Control ( it looks like the OHH RV Control shown in the Tecumseh Service Manual) there is no place for the spring to connect. I think for the GoCart application there is a different spring required. If any one can tell me what spring I need (part number would be great) I would appriciate it very much.
Also, if any one knows where I can buy a manual and parts for this GoCart I would appriciate that also.
