I am looking to add an electric vent fan on my roof. The one I am looking at is activated by temp and humidity. Does anyone have any advise as to wheter I should proceed or not?

In my opinion they should have smoke and fire sensors on them to be safe. I have had over a dozen electric vents over the years on several properties and have been phasing them out. This year I have none and believe I do as well having added natural flow vents. K2
