Does anyone know of a website that would have charts or calculations to figure out what ones water demand might be for a given period of time(daily, weekly, monthly)?

It would help if you stated why you want to know this; like to size a water line or well pump or water treatment equipment etc..

Sorry,
It is to determine size of a storage tank. I am the one who posted below and has a low producing well. I want to try and calculate what our water demand might be so I can see if it makes any sense to put a storage tank in place or to cut my losses and sell the place and look for a new property. IF we decided to move foreward, I was thinking about having water delivered to fill the tank initially then see if our well could keep it full. ( We have water now but we are really conserving, bottled drinking water, limit toilet flushes, girls shower at my moms place, laundry in town etc.......) If the well can't keep the tank full, how much might I be spending to have water delivered on a monthly basis. I can get water delivered for 10 cents a gallon. Your point from the other thread was well taken, and I know a tank isn't the best option, but is one of only a few options we have left. I feel that we would be fine if the drought situation we are in now was over, but when will this be????????!,5, 10 years???????
We have drilled 2 wells in the last 3 weeks, first was dry, second had 1 GPM, they are comming back this week to frac. this well but I'm not holding my breath. Quite frankly, it isn't looking too good for this piece of property, but it is a nice 10 acres, very close to my parents, and I don't want to give up without at least considering all options.
Thanks,
Mike

You can use 60 to 75 gallons per person per day.
You would want something like 3-4 days' volume in the tank; that's usable volume and you can't get all the volume out of a tank and none from under the inlet for the re-pressurization pump.
The well pump is timed to run for repeated short periods of time but can be operated 24 hrs/day. Water conservation should be practiced, shorter showers, laundry spread out over hours between loads, hand washing dishes by hand etc..

I found some web-sites that might help, though it may take some digging to get the info you want.
http://www.epa.gov/ and click on the "water" link, searcheable by zip-code
http://www.wellowner.org/# seems to have the more usefull info for you.
