error messages

Everytime i start up my computer i get error messages like:
PSAPI.DLL file not found
DLLREG.EXE can not find specified file WIN.INI make sure file exists or remove any reference to in
a required dll file not found BWCC32.DLL
THIS IS WINDOWS 98 ANY SUGESTIONS MY NEXT STEP IS USING THE UNIVERSAL TOOL ON IT A HAMMER.
if i just ignore all the errors everything seems to work fine

It appears you have a virus. I found this info with a google search.
