Ive got a 300' well with asubmersible pump that stopped working,
ive replaced the pressure switch and checked all the electrical lines,
i pulled the pump out and plugged it up it came on and seemed to work fine,
but it still wot work whn i put it back in.

Yep, when a pump doesn't run, it's usually not the switch, or the pressure tank or the gauge etc..
It sounds as if you have a power cable problem. Possibly a short or open. You can check conductivity and ohms with a multi-meter.. Go to www.franklinelectric.com and look up the hp motor of you have. Those readings will be close if your motor isn't a Franklin.
If you have a 3-wire pump, you have a control box between the pressure switch and pump. It may be bad; there is a start capacitor and relay in it, either or both can be bad and prevent the pump from running.
