More on my Briggs Flywheel....

I think I'm getting closer with your help...There is a small hub on the shaft on the outside of the flywheel that may unthread. I will have to hold the main flywheel from turning some way so I can turn the hub counter clockwise. I'll sprayed some WD-40 on it and let it set a while. The recoil cord pulls the engine clockwise to start. So its reasonable that this hub would unscrew..counterclockwise. I suppose they made a special tool to hold the flywheel..I'll have to come up with something..I'd welcome any ideas...
