1993 caravan won't start

1993 caravan. When key is turned, all lights work...engine won't turn or even click...nothing. The electric fan runs when the key is on also. I thought it supposed to come on when the engine is warm. It seems electrical. Yes, it is in park also. This happened about a year ago once, in a parking lot,out of town, turn key, nothing....it decided then to start after a few times turning the key. It drove fine earlier today, tried to leave awhile ago...and nothing. I even un-hooked the battery...(thought maybe the computer needed reset or something, i guess) still nothing.

I did the code test, and i think it said "3,5,5" ....which after looking on the internet...i think the main numbers to look at are the first 2 "35", which i think is "radiator fan relay circuit is open or shorted"...which sounds good, considering i said before.."when trying to start it, won't turn over, but the fan runs". Any ideas where or what to look at? Not for sure which is what or where to start. Chilton book isn't much help. will this cause the engine not to start or turn over even?............

was the neutral safety switch on tranny(came off)...talk about feeling stupid..lol
