my fan for my heating turns off and on speratically. my coolant is full so im pretty sure it isn't a failsafe in one of the valves.
Any ideas

Assumming that you are refering to your heater blower.....

Does it make noise when it's running? It's common for motor bearings to go bad due to water in the fan box. (check for clogged drains too). THe motor could be on a breaker and it's tripping due to overload. Pull the motor andlook for signs of water (rust, stains, ect) and spin it by hand.. should spin freely and not stop fast.
