Seat Belt Malfunction

My 1991 Honda Accord DX's seat belts are not working. I really need a wiring diagram to make sure that the wires are all in tact. Does any body have one ? My car is a special edition so it has to be the exact year, make, and model info, okay ? !!!!! ;)

Special edition is just for a few toys/features.. frames are still the same.

We need more info.
What are they doing or not doing? both seatbelts, or just 1?

Best shot for schematics is a shop manual.
