4.5 year old home, bought it new. In last 6 months, experiencing "ghosts" of water pressure! First, guest room bath - no cold water in shower and no access to shut off - tub/shower enclosure. Then, Master bath shower, water pressure started decreasing and now barely a dribble. Last, one of twin sinks in Master bath, water pressure started decreasing - now a dribble both hot and cold. Sink next to this one just fine - for now! pressure in kitchen is fine, pressure in outside faucets is fine, pressure in guest sinks is fine, pressure in second guest bath is fine. Need help before the whole thing shuts down!

Are you on a manifold system with PEX tubing such as a Mana-Block? (guessing somebody messed with the valves there, or the manifold is fouled)
Are you on a well, or city water? (guessing well sucking air or well minerals fouled some of your lines/manifolds)
Are you on an electric pushbutton water system such as UltraFlow? (guessing some solenoids fouled/failed)
Is there a crawl space under the home? (guessing some lines broke, and are leaking in the crawl, thus low pressure at fixtures)
Do you have a whole house water filter? (guessing water quality is so bad, that it plugged up some of your fixtures or pressure balanced valves)
So many possibilities...
