Automatic load switch

I have problem!
My cicuit panel is full and I want to put in an automatic switch that gives my AC
priority and will feed a heater when AC not required using one duel braker.
What is the proper name for this swich and who manufactors them?

You're not going to good a good answer in this section of the Forum, as this section is for problems with the site itself. Delete it and repost under Electrical Existing Home or the HVAC forum (or both). You also need to indicate if the AC and heat circuits currently exist and if so how large they are (the amp rating on the breaker handle). Also, do you have a wall mounted thermostat, or are the heater and AC portable?
