new posts indicator

Then ew posts indicator does not seem to be resetting. It is showing me tha osts several days old are still new posts. Even coming back several hours later the same posts are still unread.

I think he's screwing with things again.

Go out to the main forum page (the self help image in the top left corner).
GO to the very bottom and click on 'mark all threads read'

Try marking all threads read initially to set things right, added a line in the welcome box that indicates number of unread posts since last visit, it does use a database entry, and my indicate an inactuate figure first time as it doesn't know the correct number as there was no previous entry for you in the database fro your user name, once you mark all thread/posts read, it should then be able to track unread posts since last visit.

Not sure about the mising post or dublicate post, but will check on the settings if it continues to happen, let me know.
