I would just like to introduce myself. My name is Steve with Dunbar Plumbing. I would like to contribute my knowledge in your forum if I can be of any help. I am well versed in my profession and I do believe I could do some good for others.
Now I can't say I am 100% right all the time, but I think I fair most the time.
And I am sure you are very busy W Goodrich in keeping up with this forum.
I would like to link this to my website to give the numerous customers that visit a chance to see my knowlege and others put to good use.
W. Goodrich, if you could, I would appreciate a response. I currently post information in 6 forums and I found yours to be of very good quality in it's format. I currently moderate two of these forums.
Thanks again,
Steve @ Dunbar Plumbing

Steve glad to have you aboard in helping others. No one is always right especially me. You are welcome and can be a great help in answering plumbing or other subjects as you like. If anyone disagrees with your thoughts work out the difference in a manner seeking what is right not who is best. In this forum we are all here to learn and help. As I said in the beginning all can find out from time to time that they didn't know they didn't know. Just disagree in a professional manner. It will be received in a constructive manner. Then we dive into the Code to see who is right. Now and again we have to agree not to agree but most times we come to a true meaning of that questioned part of the Code.
If you wish to link us to your web site that is fine. If you wish to have an electronic signature then contact my partner Don and he will help you set that up such as picture of you or personal electronic signature.
Good Luck and hope you well in our forum

Glad to see your interest.

Thank you for welcoming me in.
I just wanted to ask if I register, will I be able to edit or delete my posts at that point.
By the way, are you in the southern part of Indiana?
I'm close to Ohio river, and about 25 minutes away.

I don't think I am brave enough to put a picture of myself up; let me know if there are alternatives other than regular picture.

Yes you may edit your posts as a member. You may also post pictures on your personal web storage space then use the Img button on this page that you are posting a reply or new post to link your reply or post to your stored picture. Then you pictures such as plumbing examples etc. will appear where you made your reply as it opens viewed from your personal storage sight seen on your post here. Membership is no cost with no hidden agendas. Registering only is to give us control if someone gets out of line and becomes abusive to this forum, no other reason.
I see no reason you fear your picture have you seen the gray and rough look of my old age picture? Ha Ha. Can't be any worse. Look in the past posts. You will find many different pictures etc. that appear automatically on each or your new posts or posted replies. Many use that option. I will email Don my partner and ask him to hit this posting and maybe email you on more options as to what you can do on your posts such as pictures etc. He is the web guru between us.
Welcome aboard

Welcome to our forums, we are always looking for new input into our forums, and most welcome it. We are hoping to eventually have articles on our main site that cover each of our categories and forum topics that are on forum site.
We have a list a mile long of new articles that both Warren and I want to write and put on the sites, it it usually a matter of finding the time to do as each of us also have full time jobs, and we create and maintain these web sites in what spare personal time we have.
We are hoping to get the non-electrical forums to pick up more activity as time goes on, we are starting to se that some now, are sites popularity seem to be increasing constantly, and will likely continue on that path. As more and more articles are written and the sites get larger, our visitors will increase even more.
We need and welcome additional contributors to our site and forums.
You do as a member edit your own posts.
If you would like your pic (like what I and warren have) just email me a pic and I will resize it as necessary and put in your profile.
If you want an electronic signature that automaticly appears at the bottom of every post we can do that to.
If you done any writings or can put any of your knowledge into writings /articles , we could work with them and post them into our site. We can not pay for them, but would indicate and give credit to you as the author. Pictures or drawings can be also used.
We also welcome experts / knowledgeable persons to act as moderators, which will often give reconition to the person giving out advice. Moderators have power to edit / delete / move anything within the assigned forum. However we rarely have to edit/delete posts left by others, it is usually done in cases where definite inappropriate material is posted that we may have to do that.
You can also post pictures / drawings that may help replying. I will you a better explanation on to do that if you ask.
Welcome again.

www.dunbarplumbing.com
It is still in its green stages, but it is slowly gaining recognition quickly since the website coupons are really popular.
I try to make changes weekly on the site to keep curiousity at a all time high.
When the site is completely done, it will have over 25 pages loaded full of out links that will satisfy anyone's questions, even off the topic of plumbing.
I have recieved alot of high marks on this site. Cost invested: $94
