Easiest way I can think of is find an inside receptacle in a living, den, bedroom, garage, basement but not kitchen, laundry, pantry, dining, or nook receptacles. Drill a hole through the brick into the wall cavity of that inside receptacle. Install a 12 or 14/2wGrnd Romex between that inside existing receptacle run through the hole into a weatherproof surface mounted plastic receptacle cover. Install a GFI receptacle in place of the existing receptacle only connecting the wire going outside to the load side and the rest of the incoming power wires wire nut together using a wire nut and a pigtail jumper black white and bare to the line side of that replacement GFI receptacle. Then install a normal receptacle in the outside box and install an in-use weatherproof receptacle cover on that outside receptacle. The GFI inside will be protected from teh weather and can protect the outside receptacle from the load side screws of that GFI replacement receptacle.
Hope this helps
