power cord lock to prevent accidental disconnects

HI.. a few years ago i saw a piece of telephone equipment that had a clamp on the power cord. the clamp was secured under the outlet cover plate screw, so you couldnt accidentally disconnect the cord. the effect was the same as a twist-lock courdset, but worked for any power cord. the clamps would be ideal for computers too, but i havent seen them anywhere. any ideas?
