Are there water supply and drain rough-in dimensions that are standardized? For example:
1. toilet water suply 8" above finished floor
2. bathroom lavatory sink water supply ?
3. kitchen sink water supply ?
4. bathroom sink drain - 14" above finished floor
5. kitchen sink drain - 14" above finished floor

As for location coming from the wall or floor with your unit water supply there is no set location. Each that you mentioned has a fill tube that allows for easy bending and shaping as needed to match fill tube to water supply line

Put them where you feel best comfortable and satisfies your taste.
