You can put in a metal ceiling then use blown in fiber insulation in the attic.

You can install a fiber with glue mix blown against the rafter and under roof area. This is a bit messy and not so pretty but works.

You can install paper or plastic back fiberglass insulation between the rafters stapled ot the rafters. This can be a sponge for moisture and eventually start haning down like sway back clothes line of these batts if not installed properly. Be careful not to trap moisture by creating a double vapor barrier entrapping moisture between the two vapor barriers.

Best way in my opinion to insulate a pole building is to buy the long rolls of plastic back and roll a blanket from bottom of wall on one side across entire roof then down to bottom of wall on the other side then install your tin over that fiberglass blanket entrapping that insulation with the plastic showing inside the insulation envelope. This is easier, more professional, but a bit expensive. This is your best design for long term happiness.

Hope this gives you some ideas
