Kitchen Sink Venting

What is the best material and best way to vent a kitchen sink under a window? I have only a 2 x 4 exterior wall to use for hiding my vent.

Double stud your area under your window. Then install a 1 1/4" vent horizontal to first stud space that will allow you a path to vent through to attic of vent stack. The IRC limits to 1/3 of the stud being drilled if a bearing wall. Your outside wall is a bearing wall. However there is an exception that allows you to double up the studs and install stud protector plates due to the closeness to the edge of those studs. The double studs allows you to drill a hole more than 1/3 limited by IRC.
