have a beer cooler that is a 220/110 setup, 4 wire what would be the best way to wire this in? the cooler is 220 and the lighting and fan is 110

You will need to confirm the amp rating of this cooler to know what size wire you will need. 15 amps = 14 awg copper or 20 amps = 12 awg copper or 30 amp = 10 awg copper.
You are using both 220 volt loads and 120 volt loads inside this cooler. YOu will need a black, red, white, and bare wire in your branch circuit cable on a double pole breaker rated in amps no more than the ampacity of the branch circuit conductor amp rating allowed for those conductors listed above. One of those conductor sizes will be what you need but you won't know which one until you look at the name plate amp rating of your cooler.
The 120 volt components is required to have a white insulated neutral conductor as mentioned above in the conductor wires need in your branch circuit cable.
