3 wire appliance

I have a 3 wire 220 v air compressor (red, black, and frame ground) that needs to be connected to a 4 wire receptacle.

Any help would be appreciated

You will have to change the receptacle. What size circuit breaker serves this 4 wire recept. What is the ratings on the nameplate of the compressor?
