I have a toilet in our home that the water leval in the bowl seems low and when you flush it gurgles at first in the bowl but seems to flush OK. Right after flushing the water leval seems normal but later seems low. Any tips?

Numerous things can be the result of this:
Possible clog in the trapway of toilet, toilet paper or obstruction can "weep" or "wick" the water out of bowl.
Also, there could be a clog beyond the trapway, causing a delayed siphon.
The gurgling indicates air displacement, I would use a closet auger to remove the obstruction. Plungers can blow out the wax ring. If the closet auger does
not work, then I suggest either calling a plumber/drain cleaner to remove the obstruction.

Could this also be a plugged vent? Sometimes if vent is plugged, flushing another toilet in the house can cause the water in a differnet toilet to drain or get lower and girgle I've seen.
