I will give you some hints to help you understand the problem more clearly.

The voltage supply is shown as -30V relative to ground. This means that this is a "positive ground" system. This is the opposite of what is standard. We typically use a "negative ground" system just like you see in an automobile. The 12V battery has its negative terminal bonded to the chassis.

After you understand that, you should already know the rest.

I1 = 30/R1, I2 = 30/R2, I3 = 30/R3, I4 = I1 + I2, I5 = I4 + I3

P1 = I1² x R1, P2 = I2² x R2, etc.

P Total = 30 x I5 (should be same as the sums)
