Some pages that I try to pull up, they freeze, and then I can't go where I want to go. Then it won't shut down..... Microsoft Internet Explorer (Not responding) shows up, So I Use Alt, Enter, Delete to shut down. My oldest son downloaded the old computer "W'98" into the new one that Im using right now. Why is this happening? Did he screw it up?

I likely won't get a chance to make further replies until sometime Monday.
Give me some info for the time period between the last time it worked properly to the time it didn't work properly.
-NEW SOFTWARE INSTALLED ?
