recessed lights and fiberglass ceiling panels

In my basement, I have a suspended ceiling with the fiberglass panels. I want to put recessed lights in the ceiling grid. The lights say not to be near insulation....is it a problem to put them in with the fiberglass ceiling tiles? (there is nothing above the ceiling grid (no insulation) other than the joists). Thanks for any advice.

I think that warning is probably to be covered with insulation. I believe you will be OK with your install. Those tiles are only 1 inch at the most thick.
