...ABS sewer pipe through or under a foundation? Any problems other than the work involved? What is the best way to seal the pipe if it goes through the foundation. Found some concrete compatible caulk at Home Depot...any good for this?

I believe this is what I used when I went through my block foundation for my detached garage utilities with a 2 1/4" pipe:

I followed it up with a sealer (the tar like stuff) for extra protection.

Yea, worked great. I needed something that set up quickly since it was also 35-40 degrees out.
