Foundation drain water from builder installed corrugated piping runs 20' from house, but water is coming up or running back in yard 10' down the flow of the pipe, leaving a soggy mess. How do I fix , will using exterior grade pvc fix the problem or properly lining the corrugated pipe run. Help please, Starting to see unwanted critters of the reptile species. bow_1

I think I have a picture of what you're saying. Are you saying that you have about a 10' areas near the end of this pipe that is soggy? I would expect to see this, especially if the foundation drainage is doing it's job.
You could correct this soggy spot by digging a huge hole at the end of the pipe and putting a truckload of stones in the hole and then replace the topsoil over the top.

...or run a couple laterals if you have the room.
can the pipe be run farther away from the house to woods, roadside drainage if permitted, etc?
can you post a pic?

I read and reread you post and also am coming up with the conclusion this water is getting out the end of your drain pipe but water is standing at that outlet making a ponding causing water to stand about 10' around that outlet. If this is the case best answer is the reply before this if possible. Extend the daylight outlet of that pipe downstream to a more remote location where the water can get away. Sounds like you have a dip in the ground where your outlet is. If you can not extend this end of pipe to a remote location, then you may wish to install a perforated subsurface drain from that low area creating a second subsurface drain to a lower part of the land. This will allow the basement drain system to work as needed and the second perforated drain system to let the water get away to dry out the yard area without affecting the basement perimeter drain system operation. Water then could flow away from the basement to daylight then seep into the second perferrated drain system to a field tile in the area or lower section further away from the house. This style installation would help ensure the basement perimeter drain system would work as needed lowering the risk of flooding your basement with the second subsurface drain connected to a field tile to drain that outlet yard area when the water goes back down and the field tile can start accepting the water after heavy rain conditions to dry out your yard.
Just an idea
