The engine works fine but im not getting any power output.. any ideas?

Did you check breakers/fuses? (If it has breakers, that can be turned off manually, turn them off and back on)

Unplug all load from it and plug in something that is known good like a light. Make sure you are not overloaded.

Is your engine spinning at the right speed?
