Fedders Dehumidifier

Hi,
I bought a Fedders 65 Pint dehumidifier and the safety instructions list a minimum wire size of #14 (A.W.G) 3-wire , USE COPPER WIRE ONLY.
My home is wired with KA-PLEX 12AL/2 ground type nm 600v. Is it okay to use the dehumidifier?
