I have a 1995 Honda civic.
It was running rough and then shut off. I checked all and then the spark. When I turn it over there is no spark at the plug wires. Im guessing the coil or electronic brain.
I am not a foreign mechanic. Can anyone help me?
How does the rotor come off? It seems not just to pull off.
The cap looks good. No cracks What is the proper firing order at the cap?

The cap is held on by 2 screws (one is visible from above the dist. the other is 180 degrees on the other side.. It looks like a very tight fit, but they come off quite easily.

Got rid of my shop manual (and the car) from that era.. But once you pull the cap you can look at it to see the order (the plugs are numbered at the cap)

I common problem with Honda's not starting is the main relay under the dash going bad. It is just a bad solder joint, so if you or someone you know can solder its a easy fix, otherwise I dont think the relay is that expensive.

Heres another site that talks more about it on a older Honda (early 90's), but the theory and diagrams have not really changed in your car...

Hope this helps
