Congradulations on getting the pic to post!
Now we would all appriciate it (and the boat would too) if you would not post pics of boats while they are *cough cough* taking care of their business.

Mr T I think you are a bit confused. I think that boat is sweating from all the work out they gave it. Now I am a bit peaved because he got to the lake and I haven't even had time to pull the cover off my boat to see if any racoons took up residency like they did last year.
Time to go fishing.
By the way nice boat. Hope you enjoy as much as I have over the years.

Wgoodrich You're right, I didnt notice that they have already unloaded their huge catch :)
I have lived 45 min from Lake Erie and 30 min from a river that you are able to ski on for 6.5 years now. Guess I should get a boat.
Also 40 min from the self-proclaimed walleye capital of the world (Port Clinton, Ohio)....but lucky for them, I do not fish.
Darn racoons.. They never leave me alone when I go camping (they love Recess Peanutbutter Cups by the way). And I bought a family of them living in my attic when I bought my house.. So did you take the one you found last year out fishing? :D

we filled the livewell with water & as we kept throwing in fish after fish after fish after fish after fish, the water overflowed into hull :D
i lowered the pixels on this pic and it was able to post...but why is it so large?
does lowering the pixels just expand the pic?

It's no wonder.....feeding them :p and by the way...chocolate is not good for them! it's possible they heard you'll pay them to live in your attic, too!!!
is that an OHIO brand of peanutbutter cups? :D
and...just how much extra did you pay for them...and why? :D

You may wanna knock it down to a 600pixals wide or less. Not everbody runs at 1280x1024 resolution. It looks like you kicked the quality down to near nothing. That pic is 58K. I run my pics 500-600 wide and about 2/3's of full quality. The limit for pics on here is 100K i think.. and i thought there was a size limit, but you just disprooved it.
The coon who got my recess cups woke me up in the middle of the night.. This was way way way back in scout camp.. tent "doors" just tied shut.. He drug out a medium sized cooler (still got it with the claw marks).. They were in the cooler. Only thing he left with was a hit from one of my boots.
The house we bought was a repo. It has been empty for a few years. The house is a U shape, with a inground pool in the U.. They later enclosed that pool. Apparently they used high schoolers to put the room on. The extra roof created 2 more valleys... one valley ran right into the gable end of my garage. (big pool of water up there). The other side had 3 slopes coming down into a 20-30' long valley with NO slope! According to neighbors, the roof started to leak about 10 years after it was put on and was leaking since. They just kept putting rubber/tar on top. We re-engineered that area of the roof so it drains properly. No structural damage.... so lucky. Just gotta repair the interior of the pool room. Becasue of all the water damage, the plywood soffit rotted out around a security light... the light fell out.. Coons found the hole...
We heard the coons running around the attic the night we moved in. I didnt want to seal them in, so I made a barrier to let em out but not back in.. They got around.. I put some mouse traps (had plenty of them sittin around) on the barrier board, no help.. Got some carpet tack strip and put it up around there.. they were gone in a few days. I even took some Daves Insanity Sauce and put it on some bread and chucked itup there... 1 bite missing hmmmm. Its been 6 years since then, and we have cut down every tree that is close to the house. We heard something on the roof running around a few weeks ago. Last year when i was up there checking out the roof, i found fresh coon crap up there. No clue how they are still getting up there. When we moved in, we replaced the cap and topper on the chimney.. I looked down it.. There were paw prints going down.....nothing coming up. I am not opening the fireplace cleanout (which is in the crawlspace........ ) I'll save it for the next homeowner.
Needless to say, I dont like coons...

This is a picture of my Brother-in-law's old shrimp boat. He's got a nicer one now. He sold this one to a guy to sponge dive off of. (Sorry, this is all I have to offer the boating forum!).

Almost every shrimp trawler I've ever seen looks like Forest Gump's boat. The tall rigging is the tell-tale sign that it's a shrimp boat. This boat was sold to a guy in Florida to sponge dive from. My brother in law's operation is in North Carolina, near Camp LeJuene.

No they dont all look alike!! There is a distictive feature of pre 50's trawlers (cabin rearward) and post 50's trawlers (cabin forward).

Goes to show you what I know about boats! I guess I've never seen a really old shrimper. Anyhow, I do know that the cabin in the picture I posted was torn off and rebuilt in nearly the same place. It did span from side to side, and was reconfigured so that you can walk around it to get to the front more easily. Hugs and kisses, ladyman_1.
