Anyone have a link or an 800 number to a source for a decal set for a Case 320 Wheeled Construction King Loader/Backhoe? I've been fixin' one up.

did you try all the antique tractor sites?
how far along are you on this project? i've done a couple of the 530/580ck's...what year is the 320 made?
i have a 71 580ck gas about 50% done...completely rebuilt the trans/dif...waiting for time to sandblast/paint the loader & sheetmetal then assemble...
there used to be some good tractor junkyards around here...gone now.

PICTURES...PICTURES :)

The 320 is the very first machine that ever came from the factory set up as a loader/backhoe. It's the granddaddy of all of today's CK's, and has the nickname "old clanky" due to its lack of bushings at any and all pivot points. It was made in the mid 50's through the mid 60's. Mine is a 1965. The 320 is 4cyl gas. I've gathered most all the parts I think I need, except decals. I took it this weekend for engine and trans overhaul. The shuttle is busted in such a way that it bogs the engine down and it won't start anymow. I had to chain up the loader arms and boom and the outriggers and winch it onto a trailer. It took 4 of us 3 hours to load it and take it to the Amishman who's going to overhaul the engine and gearbox. What a sight. I didn't take pics because I didn't really think anyone'd be interested. I can drive down the road and take a few on Monday. I do still have the buckets at the house. What a sorry shape they're in. I'll be welding on them for a whlie. My goal isn't to make a show tractor (since the loader arms and booms have plates and weld all over them to beef them up). I just want to make a nice hoe to putz around the house and help out the neighbors. It's fully my intention to make this a "community backhoe", since it's midsized to small and it's super easy to run. These pics aren't my machine, but it is two images of a 320 like mine:

You don't have to go out of your way...but i'd like to see some pics...before & afters :)
if you can't find decals from Case or Tractor Supply or internet...maybe one of those sign places can duplicate and cutout the lettering. there are some people that do that around here out of their house...might be some in your area too. maybe you can trade some elec.work for decals.
here's a pic of my 580 drivetrain...look under the junk!

is the brake setup on the 320 anything like the 580 - pic below - band over disc just in front of the rear axle housing?
since others beside you might be operating the machine, i'd make sure the brakes were working well.
when i was using this 580 back around 1980, the right side brake had a tendency to lock up. since i was the only one using it and didn't have time to fix it, i wasn't too concerned...just didn't use it. if someone would have hit the right brake pedal traveling at road speed, they would have gone right...RIGHT NOW

Very similar brake setup. Right now, mine has NO brakes. I can't believe that they are worn out, probably just out of adjustment. It's one of the line items for the Amishman that's fixing it to check out.

You've inspired me to install a black and white television with rabbit ears on my hoe too!

Say, is that a Super E in the background?

I hope your right,...the first time i took them apart, there was no lining left on the outer band that grabs the disc. The bands weren't in good enough condition to reline. the small springs that hold the 2 piece disc together were rusted away & there's 1" ball bearings that ride in a tapered slot that expands the discs and do the actual braking that were all corroded.

BLACK & WHITE TV?...mine's COLOR! :p
i had to go with the rabbit ears..."cable" was a bit restrictive & wife got tired of running alongside keeping it out of the way.
MTV has a show - PIMP MY RIDE - wonder if they've ever done a backhoe  Hmmm...monitors all around :D

the reason that old tv is down there...the morning they were installing the overhead garage door was 9-11-2001...

That one's a 580 K extendahoe
