reduing bath. Plan to tile (ceramic) walls and ceiling area.(around tub area) My plan was to start with the ceiling are first. Any ideas here? ceiling vs walls first. Also am I going to have problems with tiles adhearing, without pulling away from the ceiling. Does one have to jury rig some sort of form say with plywood and a couple 2byes? Any help appreciated. Tanks Will be installing (Dura Rock) masonry backer board & 6x6 tile.

Any construction should be planned from the top down limiting damage to new areas during construction.
If the proper glue is used and blue board [moisture resistant drywall] then you should have no problem making the tile adhere. Many glues are applied to both tile and wall or ceiling surface that are water resistant and instant bonding such as contact glue we used years ago.
Grouting carefully limits moisture damage behind those tiles if you take care while grouting proper installation.
No further rigging should be needed.
Good Luck
