Windows for Screen Porch

I have a screen porch attached to my house and when it rains or snows it comes in the porch. I don't really want to install the 3 track aluminum windows. Is there any other way I can enclose this during rainstorms and the winter....inexpensively?

Bisquine attached during winters then removed in summer same as winterizing an older home.

Plexiglass cut to fit using flip lever latches to quickly install or remove allowing in light but blocking rain. Store in closet when not in use.

Just a couple of ideas.
