I have had problems with the fuel flow in my truck. I have replaced my pump, all fuel lines and installed a glass filter. I have notice several things: Air bubbles are in the glass filter witch is beside the tank, after using about 5 gallons of 12 the problem occurs that the carb does not get fuel. I took off the filter and blew back into the tank and I hear fuel moving. possibly something in the tank or pick up tube bad. When I fill the tank it runs good.

If you have a fuel tank vent or a vented fuel cap you may have a failure there causing your lines to suck air.

YOu may have not remplaced part of the lines that are rusted through with pinholes in the tank.

You may still have bad line connections causing air to suck.

YOu may have a screen in the fuel tank outlet that is plugged doing the same air suck problem.

I would drop the tank and have it boiled out by a radiater company. Then make sure all fuel lines and pick up tubes have been replaced then replace your fuel cap or clean out your tank vent if present.

Good Luck
