Just a quick note to thank those who helped me with my project. It has been a (very) long time building my garage and apartment atop but its coming to a close finally. It has been a satisfying thing... I did not save a penny, it probably cost more to have me do it.. but it is mine! I learned scads. I mainly learned; How Little I Know. It was a healthy humbling.
Anyway, after installing all the switches and fixtures/receptacles my wife and I started throwing breakers on and everything worked according to plan. Not a single 'Uh Oh' and I never took a single volt through my body the entire project! It looks fantastic says my wife and her cronies. I was proud of the tidiness of the wiring and that I can answer such questions of sizing and capacity of the project. I am satisfied everything is NEC or better and all the details did pass inspection.
Thanks to you folks!
Hope this encourages others that they can do their own projects if they learn how to do it safely and correctly.

I firmly believe:
"Remember, electrical work affects not just you and those in your life now, but others who may live in your project for decades to come."
