Electrical Existing homes not work

I can't into the Electrical - Existing home section today. All the others seem to be OK.

I've found that forum, the Electric Code forum, and some of the others timeout (like things were doing a few months ago). This seems worst on weekdays from 3:00 to 6:00 EST. Sometimes, if I just come back in 15 minutes, all the forums are fine. Seems like something is getting slow, crashing, and then being fine. But in the last week or two, it seems like the problems have been more frequent.

Today has been much worse. I can't get into most forums that have over 100 postings. Does the number of articles in each forum have some relevance on where/how the database is accessed?

Site seems to be smoking hot tonight. Pages are loading very quick compared to normal.
