About how many outlets should be run safely om a 15 amp and or a 20 amp circuit?

YOu could wire it 10 receptacles on a 15 amp circuit and consider it commercially wired. No limit number of receptacles installed on a circuit in a dwelling other than must be evenly placed on all general lighting branch circiuts available in the house. No matter 10 or 100 per circuit on general lighting branch circuits.
