What type car do you have and what year of model of car?
What is the temperature for the last three days also?
During this time has it been raining or high moisture such as being foggy?

You can check to see if it is a fuel problem if you have a throttle body. You can take of the air cleaner and power in approximately two table spoons of gas into the carberator. Then leave the hood up and start your car. If it tries to start or starts then you have a fule problem maybe as simple as frozen water in a fuel filter. This experiment will tell you if you are getting gas.
If the engine will not start then use a small screw driver and unplug one of your spark plugs wires by pulling on the cup only NOT ON THE WIRE. Push the screw driver into the cup of the spark plug wire and have someone turn the engine over while holding the metal shaft of the screw driver by the metal of the engine about 1/8" away. If you see you have a spark then you are getting spark.
If you are getting gas and the engine wouldn't even fire with your first experiment and if your spark plug wire test showed a spark then your next move is move the car into a heated garage.
Remove the spark plugs and use a compression tester to find the compression of your engine and if the compression results are uniform in all cylinders. You may have low compression forcing the engine not to start in cold weather.
Often times moving the car into a heated garage about 2 hours will let the car go ahead and start.
You will need a manual for your car make, model, engine to proceed beyond this level. I suspect then we would be finding bad sensor reports. The manual will tell you how to proceed into the more technical level and how much compression your car is required to have to operate normally.
Let us know what you find.
Good Luck
