A 94 G-am With 4 Cyl. I Have Won't Rev Over 1800rpm.the Rev Limiter Is Supposed To Be Around 3400rpm. My Wife Was Driving It With No Problem, But When I Took It For Pa. Emissions Test, It Wouldn't Rev To The Required 2500+rpm. It Didn't Show Any Codes On Their Scanner. Is The Rev Limiter Built Into The Computer? I Talked To A Couple Gm Techs And They Looked For Bulletins, Etc. And Couldn't Come Up With Anything. Any Ideas?
