Sons first eastern long beard

This is my son Bryans first long beard. We were set up on this bird at daylight. Darn turkey flew down wouldnt say a word to my calling and walked off. Now thats darn right rude! Once he got over into another pasture he started gobbling like crazy. We relocated started calling and I looked up and here that bird came almost running. Told my son to get ready, didnt see his shotgun move, so looked over and he was asleep. Oh he is going to have to live with that for a long time! Got his attention finally and he made a good shot on the bird. That will be a long remembered hunt. Hope you guys get a chance to hunt turkeys someday they are great sport....RL

RL, didn't you know it is the dad's job to keep an eagle eye while the son takes a nap till the action really starts. Love it when I see parents passing on knowledge to their offspring.
