When reading 250.50, are you required to bond grounding electrodes together if detached auxiliary structures are serviced by a common service drop?
What does your local AHJ consider a "premises"?
I guess this would apply to residences and detached garages too. If there is a 200A main service to a home, with a 100A CB within the main panel serving a 3wire (no equip grounding conductor) feeder extended to a detached garage, does the grounding electrodes at the detached structure need to be bonded to the grounding electrodes at the main house, since they are on a common premises?

250.50 reads "..at each building or structure served..each item shall be bonded together to form the grounding electrode system".

This means electrodes in each building shall be bonded together, not all buildings bonded to each other.
