Move Tips & Hints

There seem to be regular postings of questions to the Tips and Hints section of the forum. No matter how much you bold it, it still seems to occur. Is it possible to move that section to the bottom of the page? That would force most people to scroll through the relevant topics first before hitting the tips section.

I have moved that category to the bottom.

Wonder if should be 2nd from the bottom ? Making the sugestions & help category at the bottom ??

People don't seem to read past the first word, I have even seen the odd question posted to the sugestions category.
