Hello, I am restoring an old wood frame home. I need to figure out new plumbing. I would like to join the sink and tub and run 12 feet horizontally and then a 45 (or two) around a stud and then straight down 10 feet and then 45 to the main stack.make sense? THe old stack is approximately 6 or 7 feet after the toilet and currently the sink and tub are linked in after the toilet drain. I am wondering the standard vent size? and if the run for the tub drain is too far horizontal. ( I will slope it approximately 2 inches over the 12 feet. any thoughts??? thanks all.

Everyone seems to be avoiding this question concerning Canadian plumbing Code. I do not have access to a Canadian plumbing Code so I can't help you. Hopefully someone with knowledge on your Canadian plumbing quest will jump in. Better not to answer if I am not sure.
