Just purchased a business and i need to run simple plumbing from the bathroom sink to the room next door for another sink. Now, i can run the pipe along the bathroom floor (along the corner of the wall), into the next room and then box it in some how where the pipe can't be seen, but i'm not sure what regulations are when it comes to this stuff as this is my first business venture. Is this something that must be done by a "licensed professional?" Or if anyone knows where i can find such info for my area (jacksonville, florida) that would be great too! Thanks in advance guys!

You will need a licensed plumber for a commercial property to my understanding. Below is a link to that city's building department that has guidelines and even direct mobile phone connection numbers to the inspector in your area of the city.

Hope this helps

Alterations to commercial properties not only require permits for most alterations, they normally require a design professional (architect or engineer certified in your state) to prepare construction documents just to get a permit.
If your alterations (even minor ones) affect handicap accessibility, you will almost assuredly need a design professional to prepare construction documents before you can even be issued a permit.
Talk to you local code authorities at the link Wgoodrich provided before going any further.
